Flutronix is excited to present a unique, interactive workshop to members of the Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia, utilizing improvisation, electronics and collaboration. Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with loop pedals, play with technology and read through original Flutronix music. This workshop will expose players to thrilling ways to use the flute and make new music. Following the workshop, Flutronix will present a full concert program of their signature urban art pop music. Flutronix were featured guests on Mercedes Me Music Factory, a weekly music show presented by Mercedes Benz and J-Wave 81.3, Tokyo’s most popular FM broadcast station. The duo discussed their latest album release, 2.0, and their first Japanese cover song, Candy Candy. Flutronix appeared on the shows highly anticipated segment called World Understand, highlighting one international artist that listeners should know more about. The duo discussed their latest album release, 2.0, and gave short live performances of their original song, Type Writer, as well as their first Japanese cover song, Candy Candy.

Flutronix appeared live on Gratitude, a daily radio program hosted by Rachel Chan on J-Wave 81.3, Tokyo’s most popular FM broadcast station. The show’s focus is town planning and the urban development of Tokyo for 2020, Tokyo’s upcoming Olympic year, in an effort to make Tokyo a welcoming cultural epicenter.
